What conditions does my content have to meet to be approved ?
For your content to be approved:
– You need to be compliant with all applicable laws such as COPPA, CCPA, and GDPR-K/GDPR.
– Your content needs to meet SuperAwesome’s standards for youth-related and appropriate content.

How does SuperAwesome design for compliance?
– Our ad-server was built specifically for the data-privacy requirements of the under-13 market, which is certified under the COPPA safe harbour programme by KidSAFE and the ESRB.
– Our advanced contextual targeting is designed to deliver the right ads to the right kids in the right places, with minimal processing of kids’ data.
– We additionally require our advertisers to supply ad creatives in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as the CAP code & CARU.

What data does the SuperAwesome SDK collect ?
The AwesomeAds SDK does not retain any personal data of users in network requests. Our SDK momentarily observes (then discards) limited device technical information in order to create a time-limited, app-specific custom marker, which allows basic frequency capping (as permitted under COPPA and under the legitimate interest legal basis under GDPR-K). This means, for example, that though we view the device’s advertising ID, we do not retain it and it is not passed to any third party.

What ad formats does AwesomeAds support ?
We align with IABs standard ad units which include rewarded video, standard video, TV video, interstitials and some display. We comply with the Coalition for Better Ads to ensure that our advertising experience is not disruptive to users.
